Plenty of our cats are first timers, including three who came together for their first groom and nail trim. Tom works slowly and gives breaks, so your cat can settle in its own time.

Yes, matted coats are a regular part of the work, including older cats whose health makes self grooming hard. In some cases a full lion clip is the kindest answer, and we will talk it through with you.

We are open Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and Sunday from 11am to 3pm. We are closed Monday to Thursday.
